In 1991 we visited Vermont for a family vacation and absolutely fell in love with the little state. What’s not to love about the beautiful rolling hills, fall foliage and quaint villages. Living on the west coast at the time, we continued to go about our lives but never forgot about the time we spent in Vermont. Our thoughts of the beautiful state prevailed. In 2001, we made the move to Vermont and have never looked back.
We’ve always dreamed of owning our own business and have a love of baking (we have been baking for family and friends for over 20 years), we thought, what could be more perfect than a cookie company. After all, who doesn’t love cookies? So, we embarked on our new adventure and are committed to providing the finest quality homemade cookies using local, wholesome, farm fresh ingredients. This also helps support our local businesses and allow us to give a little something back to the state we love. Each and every cookie is full of flavor and goodness. Cookies are perfect for holidays, parties, welcoming new neighbors or a tasty treat for a friend or family member. They add a nice touch to any occasion.
Our Company Name
The name “Tipped Cow” came to us from the practice of cow tipping, or in other words, playing a trick on a cow by pushing the cow over while it sleeps. Although many believe this to be a myth, we decided to come up with our own version, tipping a tall cold glass of milk to dunk cookies! We are very excited about our new venture and hope you will love our cookies as much as we do!
