"These had a strong cocoa fragrance the moment I opened the bags they came in, each held 6 cookies, and when I took a bite I could detect two cocoa essences. The Callebaut is darker than the cookie in terms of chocolate intensity for both taste and scent. The cookie had a drier outside, not crisp but more brownie like. Inside it was still quite moist and the chips a touch crunchy, adding extra bursts of chocolate when I encountered them."
